"I do not know how I am today. This is so new to me. Yesterday I felt fantastic & went out with the sawzall & cut up all the fall & winter deadfall. The dh & I loaded it all up in the cart that attaches to the lawn tractor & in the cart & took it to the brush pile. Today I felt great until this afternoon when things took a downturn. In a matter of 2 or 3 hours I went from great to feeling like I was hit by a truck. Everything is sore, stiff & aching. All bones & muscle too. Is this a flare? Is this how it happens? At 1st I thought it was yesterday catching up to me but this is different than sore from physical work. "
