"Well started my xeljanz 48 hours ago with hopes high!! Been off my Orencia for almost 2 months now waiting on all the red tape for approval. Which in turn I've had one of the worst flares I've ever had. The past week I've not been able to move or close my right hand it's so bad i have the worst what feels like stiff neck I've ever had, I cannot even turn my head without wanting to scream and cry. I've always been able to fall back on prednisone for relief from bad flares and I don't kniw why but this time I'm getting no relief and am taking 70mg. A day. The fatigue and brain fog is at its worse. I've always had the most confidence in my rheumatologist but him letting me get to this point and not helping me at all, leaving me wondering if I should look elsewhere for better treatment. I'm only 38 and feel like in in the body of a 90 yr. Old most days. I refuse to give in to this disease and will fight til the end"
