"I'm new to RA.net, diagnosed with RA since Autumn 2016. Exercise, even walking at slow pace for short distance, or gentle movement in a pool, seems to be a trigger for very painful flares that last for days. How have others dealt with this? Also, my initial RA symptoms felt like severe pain in tendons (neck/shoulders, wrists/hands, bottom of feet) rather than pain in joints. Flares often feel like tendons are on fire, not so much pain in joints. Anyone else with similar RA symptoms?"
