Im a 60 year old male been told I have RA in my hips and lower back. I also have a pacemaker and have been told to go gluten free. I am geting lots more headaches and gut upsets. I work full time. Is there anything I can do to help with the pain and gut upsets? Thanks

    Have you had any eye inflammation? I have Ankylosing spondylitis which commonly involves the lower back and sacroiliac joints. Not all rheumatologists have expertise in diagnosing AS. Check out the info here: spondylitis.org
