Need info on different meds for RA

I’ve have been diagnosed with RA for 4 years now. My knees have always been hurting and wrapped since I was in 2nd grade. Last month I’ve had a bad flare up and it seems it hasn’t stopped. It has got to the point it scarred up my lung that I already have multiple nodules in. Next year I will be visiting the cancer center. It has inflammed my eyes that my eye sight has gone to -2 to -4 in two months. I’m on Plaquenil and Meloxicam and recently put on predisone. Nothing seems to help. Anyone know any meds that will be able to help.
