Deep Tissue Massage

I've been receiving deep tissue massages for over 6 years, it would lessen the pain I deal with on a daily basis and I would at least sleep well the night of the massage. It works especially well for my neck pain, hands - and my feet! I think the foot massage is my favorite part!
(I was finally diagnosed 2 years ago- with aggressive RA, Fibromyalgia and Sjogren's syndrom. Lucky me - a trifecta! )
Have any of you tried massage as a relaxant and stress reliever?
