Diets

Do most like the gluten free diet or Mediterranean diet for RA. I don't know which one is best. Thanks

    1. Has your dietitian warned you against having Rice? Don't worry! Having Red Rice will, in fact, boost your weight loss plan. Read on to know more about red rice here https://howtocure.com/red-rice/

      1. Recommended foods are foods that contain fats or proteins.

        • The fats in generous proportion.
Butter, cream and coconut oil are recommended daily , as they are rich in " short or medium chain fatty acids" , lipids that promote the process of ketosis.
The canola oils and nuts are recommended on them for their omega 3 essential.
It is advisable to drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters per day , to compensate for the low water intake of food (in general, high fat foods contain little water).

        1. My RA was so bad I was glued to my bed. Fast forward 3 years later, most of my calories come from fruits & tender leafy greens. I usually still have cooked food but always do best when my diet is raw. Most of what I eat now is Avocado, lemon, cucumber, dates, Blueberries (yum), bananas (ripe only). Every cooked food increases my inflammation, even if it is just a little. Water fasting helped me realize at what point various items were doing so. The top triggers of severe inflammation are nightshades (tomato, potato, peppers except black pepper), potassium sorbate (preservative), quinoa and eating soy had given me temporary inflammatory bowel syndrome. My cooked food consists mainly of brown rice and I do Not eat broccoli, cauliflower, beans, nut seeds, white rice, asparagus, etc. I'm finally healthy enough to go run 😀
