social media post followed by sudden flare

Does this ever happen to you? You post something on social media showing that you were out and about and seemingly fine and then within a few hours you have a terrible flare and can't make it to work? The only way I know to handle this is to post an additional something about how suddenly flares can occur. Other ideas?

  1. This is why I never post anything to social media. People don't understand how things change over night. You can go from doing mostly normal things to needing help to get out of bed. It is hard not to participate in social media, but protecting my income and health insurance is more important. I ask friends and family not to post about me either. Most of them understand.
