I’m a officer and usually work for 8 hours each day, mostly using computer since my job is coding. According to my internet research, tennis elbow can be caused by repetitive motions, so i suppose that i am suffered this pain because of using computer too much. Please advide me what should i suppose to do now? My friend recommended me to use tennis elbow brace, he said that by using elbow brace, it can help resting my muscles and tendons, hence, relieve symptoms of tennis elbow. I also did some other research and knew this interesting fact: “According to Cleverland Clinic, as many as 10 million Americans may suffer from tennis elbow. The pain can be caused by repetitive tasks using the hand, wrist and arm.”
