Please do take this advice seriously. I have been battling RA for now 3 years. During the summers I was always very active but come fall through spring I would not move as much as in the summer. Most recently I was starting to feel very badly, swelling, pain, not sleeping. I signed up at the gym last week and I have been sleeping better and able to move with not much pain. I still have fatigue but I think the longer I go to the gym, the symptoms will subside. Wish me luck! I’m in it for the long haul
