Great tip, Kat! I get a lot of pain and tension in my neck, shoulders and back each day. I have used a shiatsu massage chair cushion for years to help break up the tension and knots. Every night, the last thing I do before bed is to sit in my chair with this shiatsu cushion and get a 15 minute massage. It lowers my pain and reduces the tightness in my muscles. I actually get so relaxed that sometimes I start to doze off. When the massage is done I go straight to bed and fall asleep quickly.

    Hi Wendy!
I love this! Anything you can do to sleep better is always worth the money. Thanks for the idea. 🙂

Scarlett, the one I have is from Brookstone; here is the link:
But I know you can find them online too at a variety of prices. The one I have is a bit heavy for me but I still love it; something I didn’t mention in the video is that if your hands hurt you may want to look at a lighter model.

Good luck and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

I didn’t catch the name of the device. Can you tell me exactly what it is, and if you know, where to buy it? Thanks
