Swimming is one way to stay physically active with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). In the first video, Nan shares her personal experience with swimming, discusses its benefits, and also how to get started. In the second video, Nan describes actual exercises that can be done in the pool as part of a water exercise routine. Talk to your doctor before attempting a new exercise or physical activity.
