Though most known for her work as a patient advocate spreading awareness of life with chronic migraine, Sarah Hackley found a home in the autoimmune community after rheumatoid arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease left her disabled in 2019. A firm believer that staying connected with others helps maintain quality of life, Sarah enjoys sharing personal stories online and using her scientific background to educate herself and others about life with autoimmune disease.
