If my lower back and my hip joints hurt when I walk, should I continue or stop my walking plan?

It's so tough to have symptoms in those areas. Low back, SI, hip and trochanteric area can flare up together in a way that it makes it hard to know where it all started! And what hurts or helps. So many of us are with you on the more or less activity questions. Good luck!
