Anyone on Xeljanz ?
Hi there ! I've had RA for 40 of my 42 years. Severely. I've been on probably every med you could name. Now I'm on Xeljanz; for almost 2 years. I was wondering if anyone else is on it, and if they've had any side-fx or noticed any little issues. For example, I think my hair has been falling out much much more the longer I've been on Xeljanz. The biggest event was in May, when I had flash pulmonary edema. My pulmo is blaming the Xeljanz, but we can't/don't know for sure. Because of that, I am now on half the dose I used to be on, just to see and to be safe. I would really appreciate any other insights into this med. Thank You !

I have not personally used Xeljanz, but I do find that a folic acid supplement seems to help a lot with hair loss when I am taking methotrexate. Perhaps that would be something worth asking your rheumatologist about?
