My RA markers are ok but I have been having BP swings of 80 to 100 points systolic in an hour. 170 to 80. Accompanied by major brain fog and overall body pain. Anyone have anything similar?

Hi tsc3919. If you haven't already, you should absolutely contact your doctor about these major blood pressure swings. There can be multiple reasons, both RA and non-RA related, for these changes. For your protection, we cannot give medical advice over the internet, but a doctor or urgent care center should be able to provide diagnostics. Hoping you get some answers soon and please feel free to keep us posted on how you are doing. Best, Richard (RheumatoidArthritis.net Team)

Hello tsc3919:
Like Richard, I suggest you visit with your docotr immediately. So many times we forget that not all things are related to RA. I hope you will let us know how things turn out regardless.

Thanks Richard and Rick, I have been working with cardiologist; did heart monitor for 3 weeks, nuclear stress test, all clear; and endocrinologist; ruled out adrenal and hormone issues; rheumatologist confirm inflammation under control. Cardio and endo trying to devise a plan to treat symptoms but are stuck on cause.
