minocycline

I was DX with RA last December. I had been having recurrent joint , muscle pain and fatigue. After a strongly positive CCP and moderately elevated ana (1:325?). I was started on plaquenil twice a day. My doctor ask me to consider a trial of minocycline in addition. I am wondering if anyone else has experience related to this?
