newly diagnosed feeling like no one understands

I was just diagnosed in December. Just turned 46 in January the pain and weakness in my hands and feet are progressing a lot faster then expected. I feel like I just can't go out with friends or my husband like I used to or keep up with the house with still having to work fulltime. But it feels worse when your friends and family don't seem to understand because they may not see what it's doing to me on the inside.
