Hello,
I've been going through a lot of health related problems lately. It started with chest pains, and after a diet change, exercise adjustments I ended up hurting myself more and have been diagnosed with arthritis in my knees due to joint space narrowing.
Although this is an RA site I've been doing a lot of research and keep thinking and whether anxiety of everything that's happened with me in the past 2 months I'm not sure of what to think.
With my current knee pains I was given prednisone and took that and felt like while I was on it other joints ached which is weird because I never felt pain there before either. Yet with a lot of my changes in exercise I've been trying to focus on doing low impact exercises and as for hands I've started to use a gripper.
This morning although no pain, I noticed these red dots on my knuckles and not on all just just on a few. They don't hurt or anything but could these be nodules from RA?
I took a picture of both hands but the post only allows for one. I just don't know what to think anymore. I've been struggling to sleep in part due to anxiety. I also read that testing for RA is hit or miss and takes a lot to determine the disease or not.
I'm a male, 32 years old and just started to have health problem after health problem since November of last year.
