There's been a lot in the news about gut involvement in RA and I wonder how many take probiotics and ifnthey see improvement. I eat yogurt or drink kefir usually every day and don't notice much improvement.

Hi Jane, I take a daily probiotic pill and eat yogurt nearly every day. I can't say I notice a difference in my RA, but it has helped with my digestion and I think it may also support my immunity to prevent catching bugs. Perhaps talk with your doctor as well to see what they think? Best, Kelly (Site Moderator)

My next doctor appointment is in JUNE. And I am waiting on a referral to another doctor. So, will ask then. In the meantime, adding a probiotic can't hurt! They say there is more of one that apparently is harmful and less of another that is supposedly helpful. It can be confusing trying to sift through info, but that is how I am geared. 😀
