probiotics

Anyone have advice on taking probiotics for RA? There are too many different kinds and articles I have read are conflicting. They are expensive too and I wonder if they are worth the money?

  1. Hi Riri ~

I agree that the information out there seems to be conflicting! Unfortunately there isn't a specific answer to this question - it's one of those things that helps some people but not others. As a starting point, I would recommend getting your doctor's opinion on the subject - which is always a good idea if you're interested in trying a supplement or natural treatment.

Here are a few articles that might provide a bit more information on the topic:

Best of luck and please remember that we are here to support you!
