Could this be shingles? Or Lupus?

Hi Drea, I had a months’ long outbreak of eczema on trunk and extremities. It started at ankles, then knees, elbows, wrists and went from there. Dermatologist diagnosed it and it resolved with Aristacort (steroidal cream). I had never had eczema before and have not had it since. Wishing you the best, Ann-Marie

A red rash is not uncommon in RA - the nerve endings in the skin. can get inflamed and the skin can look like it has red pin pricks or little bumps. I get that on my face off and on - it's called rosacea. It fades after a while but comes back for me every few days. It usually comes before a flare.
