  1. "In the morning stiff and sore. Noon tired. Afternoon depends. Evening also depends on many things."

    1. After living with this illness for nearly 40 years I can 100% agree that this is pretty much how it works sometimes, sometimes for days or weeks at a time. Morning stiffness takes a while to go away, then you get into the tiredness portion of the day, and then you have a few good hours, ususally from like 2/3pm to like 6/7pm then things start to wear down again! It is the cycle of RA and you are not alone! Still, though, let us know if there's anything we can do to help! Keep on keepin' on, DPM

    2. Hi . Do you find mornings to be the hardest? I ask because quite a few community members fall into this category. Angela wrote about the morning misery here: https://rheumatoidarthritis.net/living/morning-misery. David offered some tips for managing RA mornings here: https://rheumatoidarthritis.net/living/morning-worse-symptoms. As you and others note, the rest of the day is no picnic either, but if some ways can be found to get the day started a little better it might help. Is there anything that helps you get started with the day? Best, Richard (Team Member)
