"Oops. Ok. I fell off my back steps last weekend from the top step off my porch down to the concrete patio. I hurt myself pretty bad. I was bleeding & hurt pretty bad or so it felt like. Fortunately nothing was broke. I called my hip surgeon & the nurse said I should come in & get checked just in case. My hip looked ok but I had a lot of inflammation in the ligament in the hip. She wants to see me in 6 weeks if it’s still hurting. I’m praying it’ll be better by then."
