Sounds simple but layers that are meant to provide warmth can make a big difference when you’re outside in the cold for extended time periods. Also, very warm footwear and headwear.     Chemical Hand Warmers come in a tummy size, about 4 inches square, shake it and put it on your a shirt next to your tummy. good for 8 hours. It is what cheer leaders use to keep warm when it is really cold
