Does anyone have a Raynaud syndrome?

A medical condition in which spasm of arteries cause episodes of reduced blood flow. Typically, the fingers, and less commonly the toes, are involved.

Yes, i was dxd. with Raynaud’s about 5 years after I was dxd. with RA/RD. Both of my hands turned a medium blue. I thought I was dying. Thankfully, mine is a mild case and doesn’t bother me too much.

Hi Zhanna. Unfortunately Raynaud’s is an all too common comorbidity with RA. This article from our editorial team looks at Raynaud’s and RA: Best, Richard ( Team)

Hi I’ve had raynauds for many years before I started with RA. But now hardly bothers me although I don’t prepare vegetables any more either because of my hands.
    My husband cooks now.

I have experienced Raynaud’s for years, even before my RA. My fingers, and toes, sometimes one, sometimes more, would often turn almost white in just a cool breeze or when stressed. I always thought it was from a cold weather injury that I received in Germany. However, now that I have been treating naturally for a little more than a year, my Raynaud’s has seemed to subside. It has only been within the last few months, but I do feel my treatments have affected it positively. Hopefully….it’s gone. The same goes for my Hashimoto’s. My first blood test showed Hashimoto’s. A few months after I began treating naturally, my T3 and T4 were once again normal.
