The Arthritis Trio

In 1994 I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus, two years later I was told I could no longer work. I was devastated because I had only five more years to go to be able to retire. Well, I retired early and from that point my life and health went downhill. Here I am 20 years later, with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis.

I watched my Father suffer for years with this debilitating disease, and I and now going through the same pain. But in January of this year I decided to take my life back. I changed my entire diet and began to exercise as much as I could. In the process I lost 42 pounds and relieved some of the pain I was in.

I plan on fighting this till the end. No stress in my life and a happy and healthy life style will keep me going for many more years.

Don't let these diseases control your life and your happiness. Live and know that God can do all things and he will heal your body if you just believe.
