Can only cry

Ten years ago I went to the doctor because my hands hurt so bad and were so swollen I could barely bend them. The doctor started talking bout RA and doing blood work. I had no idea what RA was but learned quickly as my blood test came back positive.

I was taking plaquenil for about a year and then got scared it was affecting my vision and stopped it. Occasionally I'd wake up very sore and fatigue but nothing like the present. I woke up a few mornings ago unable to move my hands and unable to bend or straighten my knee. I can do nothing but cry in pain and now it's in my shoulders and elbows. I don't know what to do until I see the doctor.
