Cold Nights

I have RA and one of the things I don't anticipate is the cold weather. The cold weather makes my joints very stiff. Although winter has not arrived. I am already experiencing the effects of the cold nights. The other morning, I was preparing to get out of bed. I began to have excruciating pain in my back. I was as stiff as a board. I love the winter as long as I can be where it is nice and cozy. My joints in my fingers act up as well. I usually have to wiggle my fingers around to be able to pick up something. The great thing about cold weather is I can snuggle up with my fuzzy blanket and drink my hot raspberry tea. This makes for the perfect day in cold weather. Staying warm is very important in the life of someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I'm ready for the cold weather and I'm all prepared to stay warm.
