I am not American but Australian with RA

I am nearly 63 and have had RA since I was 16 although it was not diagnosed until about 14yrs ago. I was told when I was 16 I had Rheumatic fever.
I spent years every morning with my husband walking me up and down the house trying to get my legs walking.
I have had both hips replaced and had quite a few bone breaks because I have been taking low dose cortisone for many years. With Arava, cortisone, and methotrexate my painful joints have been managed well.
In the last few years I have been informed that RA has caused a melt down of my cornea, I have had inflammation around the heart a couple of times, now I am having heart attacks and the cardiologist has no idea why but seems to think that it is to do with my RA.
I have had 2 angiograms in a month with nothing showing up there. They know that they were heart attacks by the triponen levels in the blood. Next I am going to have a 4D MRI to see if that can pick anything up. I am having an attack about once a fortnight.
Is anyone else experiencing this, and if so what has been done to help.
