I'm a glass half full

I have had my share of defeats and triumphs. 2 kidney transplants with dialysis before during and after. Going on 13 years this March with the 2nd one! So I already have a compromised immune system. Silently suffered with RA but didn't know it 3 years ago until I went to a Rheumatologist. Originally was diagnosed with gout and side effects from anti-rejection meds. I have been on Predisone, Plaqunil and Prolia shots for 3 years now. No relief. I just finished 2 Rituxin infusions. So far no relief. Any advice, similar stories or ways to relieve pain? Thanks. New to this group!
