My compromised immune system

I have a compromised immune system and cannot take the well known drugs. Must depend on Sulfaslyzine, hydrochloine and low dose steroid. Cannot take Advil anymore due to GO bleed w/ 3 stomach ulcers. Does anyone else have a similar situation?
