Not RA?

So, I have been trying to figure out why I hurt so much. I don't do pharma drugs well. I have seen one rheumatologist that says I only have osteoarthritis. My sed rates are too low. But all my major joints are just slightly swollen. Not warm. (that I can tell) And for low grade fever, I believe I have one. But because my "normal" temp is low to start (96.7) I only register around 98.9, or so. So everyone tells me that isn't a low grade fever. Even when they check back and see my records show that I run low. I also have fibromyalgia and all doctors want to blame my pain on that. I found a drug for fibromyalgia pain that shut most of that pain down, but did nothing for my joint pain. Unfortunately, I can't take it. I have all kinds of growths everywhere in my joints. Fingers, toes, feet, ankles, knees and elbows. Pretty sure it's in my neck and shoulders too. I also have DISH, which doesn't help and has no current treatment. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me?
