Andrographolide / MTX
Anyone has used Andrographolide (commercial name Paractin) with or without Methotrexate? please share your experience
I hope some community members can check in and share any experience they might have with this. But according to this paper :Evaluation of the effect of andrographolide and methotrexate combined therapy in complete Freundʼs adjuvant induced arthritis with reduced hepatotoxicity
They reported very good result, importantly kidney damage by MTX was also prevented taking andrographolide. cheers,Mario
