Ear pain

Have you spoken to your rheumatologist about this year pain? Very rarely RA can affect the ossicular joints, which are in your ears. I just went to my RA, yesterday. I'm having ear pain and pressure. My RA said that it is possible that I have arthritis in my ocular bones. She is sending me to a ENT that specializes in arthritis. Talk to your doctor about sending you to the correct specialist. I have been to a regular ENT and she told me there was nothing wrong with my ears. I had a hearing test and was prescribed two nasal sprays. She essentially made me feel like I was a hypochondriac. It was such a relief when my new RA doctor told me about the possibility of arthritis of the ear.
Keep talking to your doctor or find a new doctor like I did. I received this wonderful advice on this site!
