Exercise/Therapy book targeted to RA patients
Is there a book of physical therapy for people with RA? A book with good pictures and descriptions. I know when I've gone to physical therapy in the past, they have an online system of the "exercises" they print off and work with you on and then send those pages home with you to do on your off days. It would be nice if we could have something like this we could use at home.
There may be others who have a resource. However, I looked in several places and did not find any. Usually when I see a PT they print off the exercises with pictures. They must have access to an only file of exercises. Perhaps asking one of them might be helpful?
