I have started shots with Cimzia
Hi everyone - I was on Cimzia back in January and February and told my Rheumatologist that I was afraid of the effect it may have on my right eye (I am blind in my left eye from brain surgery years ago}. Anyway I've tried prednisone and many others - all with negative side effects. My last med was sulfasalazine; but it didn't help with the pain and swelling in my left knee, so I asked to be put back on the Cimzia because it did work really well. Next Tue. will be my 2nd loading dose and I'm really looking forward to it. The 1st dose helped the first few days and looking back I probably shouldn't have stopped the Cimzia; because the side effect to my eye was very rare. Please let me know of others who are on Cimzia and how you are doing. Thanks. Joanie (lovedoggys)
