That is certainly a difficult question to answer - as everyone's disease progresses at different rates. For example, I was diagnosed at 25 and now I am 33 - and have had quite a few ups and downs between those ages! Since you're taking Enbrel, it sounds like you are working with a rheumatologist to find the best possible treatment for you. With the right treatment, long-term impact will be reduced - so make sure you and your rheumatologist are working as a team to find the best treatment for you.
