I am really fed up with being in pain and feeling so tired all the time

-- I am so sorry you're struggling. Is the pain in any particular area? How long have you been feeling the pain? I know you mentioned feeling tired. Unfortunately that is so common with RA. Warmly, - Reggie, RheumatoidArthritis.net team member thank you I had a ultrasound scan and injection yesterday but unfortunately the tendons are irreparable but with some physio I am hoping to strengthen my muscles, I am feeling a lot more positive I'm so glad you're feeling more positive (although sorry to hear that the tendons are irreparable). I hope that the physio really helps and keeps you moving in a positive direction! If you're comfortable, please keep us posted with how things are going and how the physio is.
