Unfortunately, there is not particular diet that has been scientifically proven to improve the symptoms of RA. However, anecdotally I have heard of people having success with various approaches. So it may be worth a try! But it's always important to make sure you are still under the care of a rheumatologist to protect against long-term, permanent joint damage.
