Wake up in night with a lot of pain, also in mornings.

  1. Waking at night (and morning) with can be incredibly challenging and frustrating. Not only are you not getting sleep, but to be in pain on top of that makes it all the more complicated. Please know that you aren't alone. I thought you might appreciate this article by one of our advocates about her experience with RA and sleep with some tips included. Getting decent sleep while living with the pain of RA can be tough. Have you been able to reach out to your doctor about this as well?This community is here for you.
