Thanks for sharing your question. There are a lot of supplements you can try but the top two that come to mind are curcumin supplements and fish oil supplements. I have heard many great things about both of these. They are known to be good anti-inflammatories. I have tried both but not long enough to see results. Unfortunately, I am not consistent when taking supplements. I do try to cook with a lot of turmeric because of its excellent anti-inflammatory properties.
