Weather

Hello! What weather is best for Rheumatoid Arthritis? I really seem to do much better with warmer weather. Too bad I can't get moving expenses covered by insurance.

  1. I think, just like everything else RA related, it all comes down to what your own personal body prefers. Some say cold, some say hot, some say dry, and some same humid. For me personally, the temp needs to be just right - not too hot, not too cold, not too dry, and especially not too humid. LOL Basically if it's not in the mid to low 70s and low humidity my RA feels like crap. Ha ha. Thanks for sharing, hopefully it stays warm where you are! Keep on keepin' on, DPM

    1. For my dad, dry and cold, he feels better.
