"Just came out of a major flare with the aid of the medrol pack & a shot of kenalog. Been on Rituxan for over 15 years now & maybe I’m building up antibodies to it. The extreme fatigue is keeping me from doing all the I want to do, too! Probably need to talk to my rheumy about a new biologic..."
