What Do Elevated Basophil and Atypical Lymphocytes Mean for RA?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has had elevated Basophil and Atypical Lymphocytes? If so does anyone know what that may mean.

  1. Can mean an infection. Also these results are common in RA, gout and smokers, among many other conditions. Not enough information to say what it means. Best solution is to discuss with your medical care team and any symptoms you may have.

    1. Hi Renee859! crna@ummc is right -- it's best to check in with your physician about these numbers. I hope that by the time you are reading this, you have had a chance to discuss your concerns with your physician. Best, Erin, RheumatoidArthritis.net Team Member.
