And In Conclusion...

After weeks of trying various supplements I have come to a conclusion!!!

Personal experiences with supplements for RA

Diphenhydramine helps my rheumatoid arthritis more than tumeric, CBD, and any other supplement COMBINED!!!

I'm letting you all know because the last few weeks have been excruciating. Last night I took 4 teaspoons and woke up PAINFREE!!!

Today, I'm going to the drugstore to purchase the cream form of diphenhydramine which I read when applied in the painful area ie. knee; it helps kick back the inflammation.

The oral and cream must never be used together!!!

What works for me

I will use the cream in the daytime, the oral at night when needed.

I realize diphenhydramine is not to be abused. I also realize that no drug (otc or prescription) should be abused; but my weeks of pain without diphenhydramine has proven to me, yet again, that it HELPS. It helps ME. And it would be selfish not to share this info here among my peeps.

Diphenhydramine causes drowsiness. Be safe if you try it. My allergies are kicking up so I get a two-fold relief taking it. Good luck and God Bless!!!
