Sue's Story

I got RA in my middle 40's in my hands. I am 76 now. I am very fortunate that my RA didn't get worse til I was about 70.

I have RA, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and pseudogout arthritis. And my body is in really bad shape. Had 3 spine surgeries. Because of the osteoporosis, my bones in my spine are crumbly and they can't do any more fusions. My hands have been giving me a fit lately; my fingers stay bent. I just had cortisone in them yesterday and no help. Next is surgery.

I get through each day with Gods help.

I have tried about every med available. Now I am taking methotrexate shots once a week and have to take hydrocodone but still have little relief.
