I've had JRA (IRA?) since I was 10. I let it really control me, and defeat me all my life. I gained a lot of weight, and really allowed myself to be beaten, but I am now trying to get my life into my control. I'm weaning myself onto the mediterranean diet, and am looking for a fun exercise to do. I've never been a fan of exercise, and am looking for something fun to do to help me get my weight down, and improve my movements. I've always admired dances like hip-hop, jazz, zumba, salsa, and similar things like that. I'm currently in my last year of college, and my college allows me free classes at the gym. The dance classes they have are hip-hop and zumba. Would either of these dances work for arthritis? Has anyone tried these classes, and, if so, how did it go for you?
