Diagnosis

Hi all. I am new to this group. My name is Sue . I am 51 years old and very recently have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. I am very active. A gym manager and a PT. Thank you for excepting ms into your group ❤️

Being diagnosis can take it's toll both physically and mentally, but you are in the right place filled with people who know exactly what you're going through! There are so many shared experiences and resources here that I hope it will make for learning about RA and how to manage and cope with it somewhat doable as you go throughout your journey. Side note, I love that your a gym manager and your active! Being active is a huge topic here as we try to find ways to stay active while living with RA.
