Grind and Pain sometimes

Hello community
I am 20 years old. So at first I noticed about arthiritis was in Gym, I ran few minutes on treadmill and got bit tired so I leaned over put my hands on my knees I noticed a mild Grinding at that point I didn't really gave much attention to it and a week later I had a pain in my back. I went to doctor after that and he gave me some medications for 2 weeks. There were no results and doctor changed the medications which was again for 2 weeks. At that point I got really disappointed like I had to have like 3 pills over a day and it was costing much as well. But still there were 0 results. Now I was really depressed with my pain couldn't handle it. On next appointment doctor told me to have MRI scan of body. And now this costs pretty damn much. So I went to Ayurvedic doctor which my mother insisted to go and they claim to have a medication for this.
I wanted to ask is there really a medication for this ? If there is, it would work on early stages I believe.
My condition :- I am having alot of cracking sound in nearly all joints and there is grinding between joints I can feel it. I dont really feel much pain for now in joints except back. But grinding and cracking sound are concerning me too much.

Lastly i wanna ask if anyone can point the type of arthiritis I am having ?
